No matter if you use Golden Record for on-the-fly data matching or perpetual data synchronization, the system keeps a history of every record you load, so you can see changes at any point in the past.
Unique Master Key field to match records
Golden Record does not change your data. Instead, it creates a table you can access in the cloud or sync to your local system, that provides a new master key field along with a list of the linked keys in every one of your sources.This maintains the integrity of your data sources while allowing you to query them as though they were all in one database.

HIPAA compliance
While the system is already adheres to data security best practices, Golden Record is in the midst of a formal HIPAA compliance effort. We expect this effort to be completed by mid 2023.
Match confidence score
Your matched data will include a confidence score on the accuracy of the match, allowing you to easily review uncertain matches and correct them as you see fit.
Manual matching and match overrides
Match records manually; override mismatches or confirm the match of records with low confidence scores.
Custom dashboards and reports
Answer business questions easily by customizing your dashboard and creating simple reports from your matched data.
